We're currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Payroll and Accounting Administrator to join our growing team!What You'll Do:As a key part of our dealership's business office, you will:Process weekly and semi-monthly payroll for multiple dealership locations accurately and on timeMaintain employee payroll records and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local lawsReconcile payroll reports and coordinate with HR for onboarding and benefits deductionsAssist in daily accounting operations including journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger supportManage vehicle deal posting and ensure accurate financial documentationSupport month-end and year-end closing processesCollaborate with department managers to resolve discrepancies or accounting inquiriesWhat We're Looking For:2+ years of payroll and accounting experience (automotive industry preferred)Strong knowledge of payroll systems (Paycom or similar software experience is a plus)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (CDK experience preferred)High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksExcellent communication and team collaboration skillsWhy Bowser Automotive?Competitive payExcellent health, dental, and vision insurance401K with company matchCompany paid life insurancePaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for growth and advancementApply Today!Ready to join a trusted name in the automotive industry?
