The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient requirements and availability.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques, to optimize patient engagement and progress.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary staff to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and guidance during mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients about mental health conditions, treatment options, and resources in the community, enabling informed decision-making.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in line with legal and ethical standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
