Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns accurately, subsequently developing effective and individualized treatment plans.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals and monitor their progress diligently, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Ensure that all documentation is completed accurately and on time, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards and reflecting our commitment to professionalism in mental health care.

You will work primarily with adults facing a spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Demonstrated proficiency in developing therapeutic alliances with clients, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills to create a safe and trusting atmosphere.

• A deep sense of empathy and a commitment to providing non-judgmental support to clients as they navigate their mental health journeys.

• Excellent organizational skills, allowing for effective management of client caseloads and corresponding administrative tasks.
