Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify client needs, aspirations, and challenges to create tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy for individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups that address prevalent mental health topics, promoting healing and community amongst participants.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for all patients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies to stabilize patients and ensure their safety.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions and available community resources to empower their journey toward recovery.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Actively participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development initiatives to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
