Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and insightful assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, establish clinical diagnoses, and craft relatable and actionable treatment plans.

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, tailoring your approach to meet the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring safety and appropriate referrals when necessary.

• Maintain precise and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment documents, adhering to ethical and legal standards in mental health practices.

• Engage in regular collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, sharing insights and strategies to enhance overall client care while keeping abreast of developments within the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 85,000 and 100,000, commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
