Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide mindfulness-based interventions to assist clients in stress reduction, relaxation, and overall wellness, specifically utilizing mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) techniques.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify individual clients' stressors, mental health challenges, and therapeutic goals, allowing for personalized treatment plans.

• Lead individual therapy sessions that incorporate mindfulness exercises, meditation techniques, and breathing strategies tailored to promote emotional regulation and self-awareness.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops on mindfulness, stress management, and resilience-building to empower clients and foster a supportive community.

• Collaborate with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic treatment approach that integrates mindfulness practices into the broader therapeutic framework.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and mindfulness interventions in compliance with clinic protocols and best practices.

You will primarily work with clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress-related disorders, and life transitions. Our client population is diverse, representing a spectrum of ages, backgrounds, and experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
