Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while ensuring employees can support children and families in various settings, particularly within educational environments. Our team collaborates virtually with educational institutions, healthcare providers, and families to deliver targeted interventions tailored to the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine service needs for children, particularly those in early intervention programs.

• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that align with the unique needs and goals of each child and family.
\n
• Regularly monitor and assess outcomes in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective service delivery.
\n
• Provide ongoing support to families, equipping them with strategies and resources to enhance their child’s development.
\n
• Adhere to all applicable Federal and State regulations while delivering services to guarantee compliance and quality care.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and natural learning environment strategies to foster child learning and engagement.
\n
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and team members to create a supportive and effective learning environment.
\n
• Document all interactions and interventions comprehensively to maintain clear communication with the multidisciplinary team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on children, particularly those with disabilities or developmental delays, as well as their families. Our Licensed Clinical Social Workers work closely with infants and toddlers during their critical early developmental years, providing tailored support aimed at promoting physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skill development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.

• A valid driver's license to facilitate travel for assessments and family visits.
\n
• Proven ability to adapt intervention strategies to meet individual learning styles and treatment plans for children.

• Strong organizational and time management skills essential for balancing multiple caseloads and deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills to foster effective collaboration with families, team members, and other stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
