Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setting complemented by outpatient office collaboration, allowing for a hybrid approach to therapy delivery. The flexibility of our work schedules is designed to accommodate both full-time and part-time candidates, offering a balanced work-life harmony. You will primarily interact with clients through teletherapy sessions, supplemented by in-person meetings as required. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused techniques, to deliver effective therapy.

• Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy in a supportive environment that encourages client engagement and progress.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other counselors, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to ethical standards and regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training, ensuring knowledge of current mental health trends and research is up-to-date.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical counseling standards.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and rapport-building skills with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, inclusive of opportunities for bonuses and incentives.
