Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, and triage care based on patient needs.

• Engage in thoughtful communication with multidisciplinary staff regarding client assessments, treatment plans, and collaborative interventions during rounds and meetings.

• Utilize your knowledge and skills to ensure competent, ethical care that addresses the physical, psychological, and educational needs of clients across diverse age groups.

• Provide robust case management for assigned patients, collaborating with community professionals and programs to design and implement comprehensive care strategies.

• Complete accurate and timely documentation of interventions and progress in compliance with departmental standards.

• Incorporate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) into treatment plans, aiming to support clients in reaching their service goals.

Your work will involve interacting with varied client demographics, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, all of whom may be experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Mental Health Provider (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) issued by the state of New Jersey is required.

• A minimum of a master’s degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.

• Candidates should possess at least 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant mental health setting.

• A willingness to commit to working between 10 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate client needs.
