Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions through secure video conferencing platforms, focusing on building rapport and facilitating meaningful discussion.

• Guide clients in exploring their emotions and experiences, promoting self-awareness and understanding as a part of their healing journey.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans utilizing a solution-focused approach based on your extensive clinical training and experience.

• Advocate for clients, assisting in the establishment of realistic goals tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.

• Evaluate clients' mental conditions continuously to adjust treatment plans as needed, ensuring the relevance and effectiveness of the interventions employed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will primarily consist of stable adults experiencing low-acuity mental health issues. All clients are carefully pre-screened to ensure they are appropriate for outpatient counseling and do not require acute care. This focused demographic allows for effective treatment and the creation of a supportive therapeutic environment, where you can directly impact your clients’ mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must hold a valid, fully licensed credential that allows you to practice independently, such as:

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• A track record of successful client engagement and treatment planning based on clinical evaluations.
