Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver weekly evidence-based mental health care via live video sessions, focusing on individual treatment goals and progress.

• Collaborate with a network of psychiatric professionals and fellow counselors to create comprehensive treatment plans that address the varied needs of each client.

• Utilize automated assessment tools to monitor client symptoms and treatment efficacy, adapting therapy plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Engage in continuous learning through weekly live drop-in consultations with clinical leadership, enabling you to refine your practice and enhance your skills.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and follow-up plans through our integrated electronic medical record (EMR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adult clients facing a diverse array of mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex disorders often compounded by life stresses. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (Licensure as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT is required).

• At least one year of independent practice as a licensed therapist, counselor, or psychologist.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time telehealth position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise.
