Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to thoroughly understand each client's needs, strengths, and therapeutic goals.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal requirements, using our integrated practice management software for record-keeping.

• Engage in regular supervision sessions and participate in team meetings to refine skills and share best practices in mental health treatment.

• Actively participate in outreach initiatives and community education programs, promoting mental health awareness and accessibility of services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, each presenting with various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000, supplemented by performance-based bonuses.
