This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys spending much of the day communicating by phone, text, email, and chat with prospective customers.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers who have expressed interest in purchasing or leasing a vehicle.
• Respond promptly to internet leads, text messages, emails, and online chats.
• Schedule appointments for our sales team and help ensure customers arrive informed and excited.
• Follow up with customers who missed appointments or aren't quite ready to purchase.
• Keep detailed, accurate notes in our CRM after every customer interaction.
• Work closely with our sales consultants and managers to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Meet daily communication and follow-up goals while maintaining a positive, customer-first attitude.

What We're Looking For

• Someone who genuinely enjoys talking with people and building relationships.
• Strong customer service and/or hospitality experience preferred.
• Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of phone calls each day.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and improve.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM software, email, and messaging platforms.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, call centers, and/or automotive is a plus, but we value attitude and work ethic just as much as experience.
• Valid driver's license.

• Must have worked in at least one customer service-focused role
• Excellent teammate with collaborative, coachable attitude and eagerness to always find ways to improve
• Prompt and courteous demeanor
