Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine the needs and goals of clients.

• Provide individualized therapy strategies, employing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting therapeutic approaches to cater to unique client circumstances.

• Document clinical progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.
