Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy: Facilitate engaging group sessions, allowing clients to connect and share their experiences, fostering a sense of community.

• Individual Therapy: Provide tailored counseling sessions that help clients explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors while developing effective coping strategies and action plans.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and preferences.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback methods to track clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Engage regularly with a team of health professionals, coordinating care, discussing complex cases, and sharing insights to enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30, specifically those enrolled in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This demographic often faces unique challenges in mental health that require specialized approaches. You will have the opportunity to guide these individuals through their struggles, nurturing their path to recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Current LPC licensure in the state of Texas.
\n
• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices and holistic treatment approaches.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in mental health treatment settings, particularly with young adults, is highly desirable. Familiarity with group therapy facilitation, treatment planning, and monitoring progress is also beneficial. Additionally, candidates who possess CEUs or continuing education in current mental health practices will stand out.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
