Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, catering to clients with diverse backgrounds and presenting issues.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that address individual client needs, involving assessment, goal setting, and progress evaluation.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a remote multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records using electronic health record (EHR) software, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting individuals, couples, and families experiencing mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex emotional and behavioral issues. By utilizing telehealth, you can reach clients who may have difficulty accessing in-person care, including those in rural settings or with mobility issues.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensing in California as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC is required.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling or therapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
