Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring that each session is tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Narrative Therapy.

• Efficiently manage caseloads and maintain accurate clinical documentation, utilizing our administrative support team for billing, scheduling, and credentialing tasks.

• Engage actively in clinical consultation groups and peer support circles to foster a collaborative environment focused on continuous learning and professional growth.

• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care for clients, facilitating communication and collaboration with psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals when necessary.

Qualifications\n
