Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and the ability to work from home while remaining connected to a team of dedicated professionals. Our structured work schedule operates Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs. We utilize modern telehealth platforms to conduct virtual therapy sessions, ensuring a seamless interface for both therapists and patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that are culturally sensitive, gathering insights into patients' unique experiences and backgrounds.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, ensuring that the approaches are responsive to the cultural and personal contexts of the patients.

• Provide educational resources to patients and their families regarding mental health disorders, treatment options, and local community resources.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards, while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient record-keeping.

Qualifications\n
