Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Guided Growth Therapies, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for couples and family members.

• Facilitate both group and individual therapy sessions, enabling open communication and conflict resolution.

• Specialize in addressing a range of issues affecting family dynamics, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol and substance abuse

• Physical and psychological trauma

• Grief and loss
\n
• Family conflicts and cut-offs

• Job-related stress and medical issues
\n
• Blended family dynamics, including remarriage scenarios

• Challenges related to separation and divorce

• Communication difficulties between family members

\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, tailored to the needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans in our digital health records system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will work with adult clients and their children or adolescents, providing a wide range of services that address mental health, emotional issues, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
