Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement personalized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately diagnose and determine appropriate treatment plans for your clients.

• Provide therapeutic support for individual clients as well as group therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic client care, sharing insights and strategies to address complex client needs.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and trainings, to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
