Regional Sales Executive - Northern California

CND Life Sciences is a growing neurological diagnostics company helping improve the diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease and related synucleinopathies through its minimally invasive Syn-One Test. The company is hiring a Regional Sales Executive to drive adoption across Northern California and the wider PacWest region. The role You will own territory growth across neurology practices, health systems, academic centres and specialty clinics. This is a highly autonomous field-sales role combining new business development, clinical education and account growth. Key responsibilities Develop and execute a territory strategy to exceed revenue targets Build relationships with neurologists, movement disorder specialists and health-system stakeholders Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through onboarding and account expansion Deliver clinical presentations and support product adoption Develop KOL and physician advocate relationships Manage pipeline, forecasting and account activity through Salesforce Collaborate with Sales, Clinical Services, Medical Affairs and Marketing What we’re looking for 5+ years of outside sales experience At least 3 years in medical devices, diagnostics, laboratory services or healthcare technology Proven success exceeding quota and developing territories Experience in neurology, movement disorders, pathology or specialty care preferred Existing relationships across Northern California or the PacWest desirable Strong understanding of reimbursement and complex healthcare sales Comfortable travelling up to 50% Ideal backgrounds include neurological or molecular diagnostics, digital pathology, medical devices, laboratory services, and specialty pharmaceutical or biotech sales.
