Legal Billing Specialist (Contract-to-Hire) Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. We are seeking an experienced Legal Billing Specialist to join a growing accounting and finance team. This role is responsible for managing the full legal billing process, ensuring accurate invoicing, maintaining billing records, and providing support to attorneys and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have prior legal billing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Process, review, and finalize client invoices. Edit and maintain attorney time entries and billing records. Monitor and update client billing information and databases. Research and resolve billing inquiries. Prepare client account reports and account reconciliations. Analyze billing trends and assist with reporting. Perform quality control reviews to ensure billing accuracy. Support the accounting team with special projects as needed. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of legal billing experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Experience with legal billing software is a plus. Additional Details Contract-to-hire opportunity.
