Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to thoroughly understand clients’ mental health concerns, creating customized treatment plans to guide their therapeutic journey.

• Provide individualized therapy using clinically validated modalities appropriate to each client’s unique needs and circumstances, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care.

• Develop therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, systematically monitoring their progress as they move through the treatment process to ensure positive outcomes.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual interactions or who have difficulty attending in-person therapy, thus making mental health care more accessible.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation systems that adhere to all ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring the integrity of the therapeutic process.

• Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities, staying current with the latest trends and best practices in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology

• Strong communication skills that enable you to establish a trusting and safe therapeutic relationship with clients

• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients’ experiences

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage your caseload and administrative responsibilities
