Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that identify the unique needs of each patient, establishing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their specific situations.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to guide individuals, couples, and families in their healing process.

• Work in tandem with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic patient care across diverse treatment modalities.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support to patients experiencing acute mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to make informed choices.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation and records in compliance with both legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A validated Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Florida is required.

• In-depth knowledge of a range of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
