Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting Compensation: $17.00–$22.00/hour equivalent weekly draw (based on experience)
  • Uncapped commission earnings beginning on Day One
  • Paid 90-day ramp program
  • Weekly draw during training
  • 401(k) eligibility after six (6) months of employment

Compensation During Your Ramp Period

Business Development Representatives participate in our commission program from their first day of employment .

During your initial 90-day onboarding and training period , you'll receive a weekly non-recoverable draw against anticipated commissions. This draw is designed to provide consistent income while you develop product knowledge, build your pipeline, and establish production.

During your first 90 days:

  • Earn commissions from Day One
  • Receive a weekly draw (advance against anticipated commissions)
  • Participate in daily coaching and hands-on training
  • Build your pipeline while learning the business
  • Any draw balance accrued during the initial 90-day ramp period will not be carried forward or collected from you.

Following successful completion of the training period and continued performance, high-performing representatives may become eligible to transition from W-2 employment to our 1099 independent sales model , which offers increased flexibility and even greater earning potential.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and develop new business through outbound phone calls
  • Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
  • Identify financing needs and recommend appropriate funding solutions
  • Gather required documentation and submit funding applications
  • Maintain accurate records within our CRM
  • Consistently follow up with prospects throughout the funding process
  • Work alongside Account Executives to help move deals from application to funding
  • Participate in daily sales meetings, product training, and coaching sessions
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques
