Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular supervision sessions in conjunction with your site supervisor to ensure professional development and adherence to best practices.

• Complete agency orientation and familiarize yourself with policies, procedures, and the team.

• Prepare for client sessions by reviewing case notes and conducting necessary research on client-specific challenges.

• Engage in group supervision or seminar preparation, including reviewing video recordings of therapy sessions to enhance clinical skills.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in both paper and electronic formats.

• Coordinate services with partner agencies to provide well-rounded support for clients.

• Research evidence-based practices and contribute new insights to assigned projects as directed by your supervisor.

• Conduct client consultations and collaborate closely with other professionals within the agency for integrated treatment approaches.
