Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate the mental health needs of patients and formulate individualized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve patients who are part of a diverse demographic in Bakersfield. Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active state license: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
