Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients receiving hospice care, often dealing with complex emotional and psychological challenges in the context of terminal illness. Your role will be crucial in helping clients and their families navigate feelings of grief, loss, anxiety, and depression. You will be tasked with delivering care that not only addresses these mental health concerns but also complements the ongoing medical treatments they receive.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
