Work Environment

This role will be based onsite at our outpatient office in Ithaca, NY, providing a supportive and dynamic work setting. The typical work schedule runs from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with the possibility of evening clinics until 8:00 p.m. Participation in community outreach activities, including health fairs, may occur on weekends, making this role ideal for those who value community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and screenings for patients of all ages, identifying both acute and chronic health conditions.
• Diagnose and manage medical conditions, ensuring the delivery of preventive care and health promotion strategies tailored to individual needs.
• Work closely with community organizations and local stakeholders to design and implement educational programs focused on improving health literacy and community health outcomes.
• Advocate for patients’ rights, ensuring access to necessary healthcare services in a culturally competent manner.
• Coordinate care by making referrals to specialists when necessary and ensuring effective follow-up care for ongoing health issues.
• Maintain accurate, detailed medical records in compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices.

Compensation and Benefits

• This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 180,000 to 200,000 per year, commensurate with your years of experience and qualifications.
