Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic techniques to address clients’ unique mental health needs.

• Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each client.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, including clinical notes, treatment interventions, and discharge summaries, in accordance with organizational policies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including therapists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to ensure integrated care for all clients.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support and guidance to clients experiencing acute emotional or behavioral challenges.

• Support families and significant others of clients by providing education about mental health issues and involving them in treatment and discharge planning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client population will primarily consist of individuals dealing with a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional challenges. Qualifications\n
