Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities and limitations, and determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapies, therapeutic exercises, and educational interventions, tailored to individual patient needs.
• Document all patient treatments and progress in compliance with healthcare regulations, ensuring timely updates on therapeutic goals and achievements.
• Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and healthcare teams to establish realistic and achievable rehabilitation goals, while adapting treatment plans as necessary based on patient responses.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, self-management strategies, and the effective use of assistive devices to enhance mobility and independence.
• Stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in physical therapy by engaging in continuous learning and professional networking.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Raintree Solution, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes children, adults, and seniors. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid State License in Physical Therapy, ensuring compliance with Florida state regulations.

• Proficient in computer skills, including electronic medical records documentation and reporting.
• Must possess a valid CPR certification to ensure patient safety.

Preferred Experience

• While a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is required, new graduates with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) are also encouraged to apply, especially those interested in mentorship opportunities.
