Work Environment

This role will require you to work onsite within our outpatient office, ensuring a controlled and supportive environment for patient care. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while consistently providing high-quality care. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, which may include orthopedic specialists, fitness trainers, and wellness coaches, ensuring holistic and comprehensive treatment approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations of individual patient needs, preferences, and goals.
• Deliver hands-on care, using advanced techniques and a variety of modalities to enhance mobility, strength, and endurance.
• Conduct routine assessments and continuously monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.
• Focus on educating patients about their conditions, providing guidance on exercises, lifestyle changes, and strategies to promote healing and prevent re-injury.
• Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically Web PT, to maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all patient interactions and treatment progress.
• Demonstrate expertise in non-surgical interventions, effectively offering alternatives that minimize dependency on medications.
• Encourage patient motivation and adherence to treatment plans, fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient-centered care, actively participating in team meetings and case discussions.
• Promote preventative care through wellness programs aimed at improving flexibility, balance, and coordination in our clients.

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse patient population that includes individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, sports-related injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and those seeking to enhance their physical performance. Our clients range from young athletes to older adults, all with varying needs and goals, allowing for a dynamic and rewarding clinical experience.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• An active Physical Therapist license is essential, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Proficiency in various manual therapy techniques indicative of best practices in the field.
• Ability to design and administer effective and engaging therapeutic exercise programs for a wide range of patients.
• Experience with EMR software, particularly Web PT, to document clinical interactions accurately.
• Strong foundational knowledge of contemporary physical therapy methodologies supported by the latest research.

Preferred Experience

• A proven track record in outpatient orthopedic settings will be an asset.
• Prior experience in managing diverse patient populations is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
