Work Environment

Our Rehabilitation Center is equipped with the latest technology and resources to support a variety of therapeutic needs. Working Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you will collaborate closely with a team of healthcare professionals focused on delivering the best possible outcomes for our patients. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Understanding and adhering to state practice acts, ensuring compliance with all regulations governing physical therapy practice.
• Conducting comprehensive examinations and evaluations of patients with functional limitations and disabilities to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Providing evaluation services, including the review of pertinent medical history, performing necessary assessments, and documenting results accurately.
• Executing treatment protocols based on evaluation findings while ensuring that all plans accommodate the evolving healthcare environment.
• Consulting with other healthcare professionals regarding patient conditions and necessary modifications to treatment plans as required.
• Completing discharge planning and follow-up care while maintaining detailed documentation of patient interactions, including initial evaluations, progress updates, and discharge summaries.
• Maintaining compliance with corporate and clinical training, alongside state, local, and federal regulations.
• Engaging in facility meetings to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and addressing barriers to access.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adult patients with various orthopedic conditions, focusing on both rehabilitation and pain management. Your efforts will directly influence the recovery of individuals dealing with injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic pain conditions, empowering them to lead active and fulfilling lives again.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid state license for physical therapy practice.
• At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• A current CPR certification.

Preferred Experience
