Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Synchrony, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to determine their physical therapy needs.
• Design, implement, and adjust treatment plans based on the latest research and evidence-based practices.
• Provide hands-on treatment to address patient-specific conditions, ensuring to adhere to the physician's plan of care.
• Educate and empower patients and their families through consultations and training on managing their conditions effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will encompass working with a diverse clientele, including:

• Orthopedic patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, or managed chronic conditions.
• Pediatric patients requiring developmental support or rehabilitation for injuries.
• Neurologic patients benefiting from specialized therapies to improve motor functions.
• Athletes pursuing injury rehabilitation and performance improvement through sports medicine.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with patients and their families.
• Proficiency in technology, including various physical therapy software and documentation systems.

Preferred Experience

We seek candidates who possess at least two years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly within rehabilitation or acute care environments. Compensation and Benefits
