Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Physical Therapist at Strong Human Therapy Solutions, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs and rehabilitation goals of each patient.
• Administering therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and various interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, flexibility, and overall functional ability.
• Regularly monitoring and assessing patients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs.
• Educating patients and their families about effective methods for managing their conditions and preventing future injuries.
• Documenting all patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards to ensure quality care and accurate billing.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide a comprehensive approach to patient rehabilitation.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Current Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits
