Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Confluent Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for a range of critical functions:

• Prepare clinical documentation, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences, contributing insights from your evaluation and treatment for coordinated patient care.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding care techniques, physical therapy modalities, and home exercises.
• Advise on the use and adjustment of prosthetic and orthotic devices, working closely with physicians for optimal patient care.
