Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, adjusting them as necessary based on patient progress and feedback.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of patient treatments, outcomes, and discharge plans in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Provide insightful consultations to other healthcare providers regarding patient care and continuity of treatment.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment processes, exercises, and progress to foster engagement and adherence.
• Supervise and mentor support staff, including physical therapy assistants and aides, ensuring high-standard care delivery.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives and health promotion activities to enhance patient awareness of rehabilitation services.
• Contribute to process improvements and quality assurance initiatives within the department.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Mindful Physical Therapy, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain syndromes. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy for Florida.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Mindful Physical Therapy offers an attractive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
