Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Diamond Hearts, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial assessments to understand each patient's unique physical condition and symptoms.
• Diagnosing movement dysfunction and formulating personalized treatment plans to achieve rehabilitation goals.
• Implementing therapeutic exercise techniques tailored to each patient, while teaching them proper usage for maximum efficacy.
• Employing hands-on techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic modalities, to facilitate healing and restore function.
• Assisting patients with the adaptation and use of mobility devices such as wheelchairs or walkers to enhance their daily living capabilities.
• Maintaining comprehensive patient records that document progress, treatment plans, and outcomes to ensure continuity of care.
• Providing guidance and education to patients and their families about post-treatment exercises and home-based care options.

Qualifications
