Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to determine their unique needs and treatment goals.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that utilize research-backed methodologies, adjusting as needed based on patient progress.
• Effectively demonstrate advanced manual therapy skills and facilitate group or individual therapy sessions to promote active engagement.
• Maintain excellent communication with patients and their caregivers, providing education on treatment protocols and self-care strategies.
• Document all patient interactions and progress in accordance with legal and organizational standards, ensuring continuity of care.
• Collaborate with your team, including occupational therapists and administrative staff, to enhance the overall effectiveness of treatment and improve patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
• Valid State License in Physical Therapy and current CPR certification.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
