This position offers an annual salary range of $100,000 – $120,000, commensurate with experience.

Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized physical therapy services to enhance patient mobility and quality of life through tailored treatment plans.
• Maintain a manageable patient load that allows for personalized attention and care, ensuring effective rehabilitation outcomes.
• Leverage expertise in orthopedic outpatient care, applying innovative techniques and modalities to facilitate recovery.
• Implement cost-effective treatment solutions that focus on improving mobility while prioritizing non-surgical interventions.
• Develop comprehensive care plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and a variety of therapeutic modalities specific to each patient's requirements.

• Motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, providing encouragement and support to foster progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and integrated care.
• Continuously assess patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and standard practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population includes individuals recovering from various musculoskeletal injuries, sports-related conditions, and chronic pain issues. As a Physical Therapist with Body Dynamics, you will work closely with these patients, understanding their unique challenges, and delivering tailored interventions that align with their personal wellness goals.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• An active and unblemished Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Proficiency in various manual therapy techniques and an understanding of current physical therapy practices supported by research.
• Strong ability to design effective exercise programs that facilitate rehabilitation and enhance physical performance.
• Experience using EMR software, particularly Web PT, for accurate documentation and record-keeping.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an outpatient setting with a focus on orthopedic conditions is highly valued.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapy techniques or modalities would be advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and maintain a patient-centered approach.
