Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Powerback Physio Healer LLC, your primary duties will include:

• Conducting thorough initial evaluations of patients referred by physicians, assessing their physical condition and discussing their health history to inform treatment plans.
• Developing individualized treatment programs based on best practices and evidence-based care, ensuring each plan aligns with the patient's specific needs and physician's directives.
• Implementing appropriate therapeutic interventions, which may include manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education on home exercise programs to enhance recovery.
• Regularly assessing patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to facilitate optimal functional outcomes.
• Providing skilled therapeutic services in both our rehabilitation center and patients' homes, using sophisticated techniques to manage pain and restore functionality.
• Demonstrating exemplary customer service at all times, fostering positive relationships with patients and their families.
• Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary team members to maximize patient outcomes, sharing insights on progress and recommendations for care.
• Meeting productivity and utilization goals while adhering to quality standards and best practices in patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will involve a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, sports-related incidents, neurological conditions, and pediatric cases. Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear interaction with patients, families, and team members.
• Proficiency in using computer systems for documentation and treatment planning.
• A strong commitment to building therapeutic relationships with patients, fostering trust and open communication throughout their treatment.

Preferred Experience
