Work Environment

This full-time position requires an onsite presence in our rehabilitation center, where you will work from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' rehabilitation goals and establish tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Manage a focused caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring attentive and personalized care.
• Implement cost-effective and innovative treatment modalities focused on improving clients' mobility and reducing pain.
• Minimize reliance on medications and invasive surgical procedures by exploring alternative therapeutic options.
• Create engaging and individualized wellness programs that incorporate various treatment techniques and fitness strategies.
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based treatment according to the latest clinical guidelines.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey to optimize recovery and enhance functionality.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
• Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness, monitor patient progress, and maintain clear communication with clients and team members.
• Document all patient care activities accurately and efficiently using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current and valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• No history of disciplinary actions against your professional license.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercises.
• Strong ability to develop, implement, and modify exercise protocols based on patient needs.
• Experience with EMR software; familiarity with WebPT is a plus.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in a physical therapy setting, with a focus on orthopedic outpatient care.
• Hands-on experience working with a variety of rehabilitation techniques and patient demographics.
• A proven track record of effective communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
