Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and healthcare teams.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques to effectively treat patients with various impairments, challenges, and rehabilitation needs.
• Deliver high-quality therapeutic care and education directly to patients, emphasizing engagement and participation in their rehabilitation process.
• Instruct patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and adaptive equipment to ensure continuity of care beyond therapy sessions.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes within established protocols to support continuity of care and meet regulatory requirements.
• Prioritize and manage a diverse caseload effectively, coordinating daily staffing requirements to ensure optimal patient coverage and support.

Qualifications

• A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of the employment start date.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
