Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate comprehensive clinical knowledge through the assessment, evaluation, and implementation of individualized treatment plans to address patient needs.
• Provide one-on-one patient care, using evidence-based techniques to enhance functional mobility and physical performance.
• Effectively communicate treatment strategies and progress updates to patients, their families, and all members of the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all patient interactions, clinical services provided, and correspondence required for compliance with HIPAA, Medicare guidelines, and billing procedures.
• Stay current with industry best practices, regulations, and therapeutic modalities to ensure high-quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working primarily with diverse patient populations, including individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. Our center welcomes both adult and pediatric patients, requiring flexibility and a comprehensive understanding of various developmental and health-related needs. The ability to tailor your approach to suit individual circumstances ensures that every patient receives the most effective and compassionate care possible.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Florida Physical Therapy License.
• 1+ years of clinical experience, preferably in an acute care hospital or rehabilitation facility.
• Proficiency in trigger point therapy techniques, as well as strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
• Adept at developing and implementing care plans that involve pediatric patients, ensuring a holistic and specialized approach.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems for patient documentation.
• Further certifications in specialized areas of physical therapy are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
