The RoleWe’re looking for a dynamic and highly organized Office Admin to support our daily operations, ensure seamless communication, and contribute to a productive work environment. The ideal candidate is responsible, hardworking, and independent — someone open to learning and growing with the business.
Responsibilities- Primary contact for email communications – customers, vendors, and staff
- Organize and maintain the company calendar
- Manage digital platforms and vendor accounts: Google Workspace, OpenTable, POS, and social media
- Customer relations and announcements
- Events coordination
- Vendor communication, purchasing, and contract tracking
- Inventory tracking and ordering support
- Assist with payroll coordination and time tracking
- Printed materials – menus, flyers, signage
- Office & operational supplies
- Compliance correspondence with city, state, and federal agencies
- New hires and employee files
- Staff admin support and personnel records
- Assist with tracking operational and HR metrics
- Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality environment
- Restaurant experience a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Able to work independently while supporting team needs
- Detail-oriented, efficient, and self-motivated
- Fluent in English
- Microsoft Office – Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Google Workspace
- AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar)
