Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the symptoms of mood disorders in clients, determining the severity, frequency, and duration of their conditions.

• Create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, addressing their unique challenges and personal goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to client needs.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment methodologies, and effective self-care strategies to foster recovery.

• Monitor client progress continuously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on individual responses and outcomes.

• Work in close communication with psychiatrists and medical professionals, coordinating comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of client interactions and treatment modalities in accordance with ethical standards.

• Engage in professional development to stay abreast of new developments in mood disorder treatments, enhancing your clinical practices.

You will be working primarily with clients experiencing mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A graduate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid and current license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of Illinois.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
