Our practice emphasizes the importance of work-life balance and offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with potential for flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care that meets patients' multifaceted needs.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies to ensure patient safety and stabilization.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment strategies, and available community resources to empower them in their healing journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist in the state of Texas.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches, with a strong emphasis on cultural competence.

• Experience in providing individual and group therapy with a focus on culturally responsive methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between USD 70,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
