This position is fully remote, allowing you to engage with clients via telehealth technology. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy to individuals, couples, and groups.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients, aligning treatment strategies with the best practices in mental health.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with emerging trends and research in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes a diverse range of individuals, from children and adolescents to adults and families seeking help with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical counseling setting, with proven competency in delivering therapy.

• A comprehensive understanding of legal and ethical standards in counseling practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 per year, along with performance-based bonuses to reward your clinical achievements.
