Key Responsibilities\n

• Participate actively in collaborative Child and Family team meetings, contributing to treatment planning discussions and ongoing treatment reviews to ensure comprehensive care.

• Conduct thorough client assessments and develop tailored treatment plans based on the unique needs of each individual, ensuring that all documentation—such as treatment updates and discharge reports—are completed timely and accurately.

• Uphold the highest standards of client confidentiality, ensuring all records are securely maintained and adhere strictly to local, state, and federal regulations.

• Utilize advanced diagnostic skills to effectively identify mental health issues in children and adolescents, applying evidence-based practices in your treatment approach.

• Design and implement targeted treatment strategies aimed at fostering positive outcomes for both children and adolescents, adjusting methods as needed based on client progress and feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work at Wellpath Counseling will primarily focus on children and adolescents, alongside their families. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) certification is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
