Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Our patients come from various backgrounds, which requires sensitivity to cultural differences and an understanding of how these factors impact mental health. Your ability to build rapport with clients is crucial in helping them feel safe and supported while navigating their mental health challenges both via telehealth and in-person consultations as needed.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s degree from an accredited program in social work, marriage and family therapy, or counseling.

  A current, valid license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

  At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
